On occasions that I really enjoy an experience, I feel duty-bound to write to the people concerned and sincerely congratulate them for a job
well done. On this basis, I have absolutely no hesitation in writingto you to let you know how much my daughter and I enjoyed the five days
we spent on your houseboat "Alexander" last week. Although we were rank amateurs in respect of boats, the briefing we received from Bruce
was thorough and put us totally at ease, even more so when he told us that he would travel part way with us whist we became familiar with the
handling of the boat.
The boat itself was absolutely spotless and was furnished with everything we could possibly need to ensure that our holiday would be
enjoyable. Well, enjoy it we certainly did! The weather was perfect (which you probably arranged as well) and, as a person who has fished
all around the world, I have never caught such a range of fish in one place. The fishing was so good, in fact, that we stayed anchored in
the one spot for the entire five days!
The quality of your overall product, from the friendly, competent service, to the boat and its accessories is an absolute credit to you
and your team, and I am more than pleased to recommend Luxury Afloat to anyone who wants a very special holiday.

Our family have been coming to Tin Can Bay for houseboat holidays for 26 years.
For the past 10-15 years we have been hiring 2 boats every year from Luxury Afloat for a mens family fishing trip and in between the bigger boats when our want women join us.
We have experienced a variety of standards of service and efficiency over that time. We returned last Friday from our 2005 trip and all participants agreed that this was our best ever in terms of the quality of the boats presentation and efficiency plus the service from your self and staff was excellent. We love the Great Sandy Straits and the peace and tranquility of living on the boats but when the back up from the owner is seen and felt positively then it all adds to a memorable experience.
Hopefully in 2006 we will be hiring 3 boats and taking some of the grandchildren for the first time.

a magnificent and memorable holiday. It was the best fun we have
ever had together as a family. Dad loved the game fishing, the children
were delighted with so many varied and exciting activities. I appreciated
having your fantastic staff help coordinate a brilliant holiday
keeping every member of our family happy and entertained for the
entire 7 days. We received so much more than the boating holiday
we expected. I couldn’t believe the friendly reception we received
on arrival, being picked up from the airport then taken supermarket
shopping all before we even stepped foot on a boat. Well worth travelling
from Tasmanian with two young children - the quality service
from beginning to end was superb! Thank you again and we will see
you next year and I hope many years after that.
